1. Do you ship worldwide?

2. How long will it take for my order to be delivered?
This depends on the location, for example in Australia we deliver between 4-7 working days.
In rare cases it may take a little longer due to logistical circumstances.
You can trust that your order will be delivered safely.
3. I have not yet received my order.
Products are usually shipped within 1-2 days of payment . If the expected delivery time has passed, please email us so we can provide you with an update.
4. My order still hasn't arrived.
If you haven't received your order yet, please contact us so we can investigate.
5. Is my credit card information safe?
Yes, all our transactions are processed via secure and encrypted payment methods . Your data is fully protected.
6. Why did I only receive one product when I ordered several?
For logistical reasons, we work with multiple warehouses. Your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This is perfectly normal, and your other items will follow soon. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
7. There is a problem with my order.
We apologize for the inconvenience! Please contact us as soon as possible and send photos of the damage so we can arrange a free replacement .
8. I want to change or cancel my order.
Changes are only possible within 24 hours of purchase . Please contact us as soon as possible so we can adjust your order.
